An intermediate gym-based program geared towards women who are looking to gain strength and tone up. This program is a 5 day/week strength training program following an upper and lower body split. Each exercise will have a video demo as well as a detailed description of how to perform the exercise with common cues + mistakes to avoid. These workouts are designed to be completed in about an hour or less.
** You will need access to basic gym equipment such as barbells + plates, benches, dumbbells, cables, and basic machines.
