At Built To Bloom, we understand how difficult it can be to make time for yourself as a new mom. As a result, all of the workouts in this 6-week program can be done from home in about 15 minutes or less.

A 12-WEEK PROGRAM DESIGNED TO HELP POSTPARTUM WOMEN REGAIN STRENGTH AND IMPROVE FITNESS POSTPARTUM
App Based - One Time Payment
This 12-week postpartum is designed to be started after you have been cleared for exercise by your physician. Whether you have just been cleared at your 6-week follow up appointment, or your baby is a few years old by now, this program is designed to help you build strength and improve your physical fitness to return to more vigorous exercise postpartum. Although we are typically "cleared to resume normal activities" at just 6 weeks postpartum, our bodies are usually not ready to pick up where we left off before getting pregnant. 10 months of pregnancy has changed our bodies in ways we could never have imagined, and it is important that we return to physical activity in a slow, progressive manner with exercises that take into account all the physiological changes pregnancy has had on our bodies.
** You will need access to basic equipment such as dumbbells and bands.
