What are your rates?
Small Group Personal Training starts at $96/biweekly, Private Personal Training Starts at $128/biweekly, and virtual training programs start at $29/month. Specific personal training membership prices are based on training frequency, session type, and more. We do not offer “unlimited” personal training memberships. All of our training packages are completely customizable to work with virtually any budget. For more detailed information, please sign up for a complimentary consultation!
Do you offer gym memberships?
Yes! Open gym access is included with all personal training packages at no additional cost. However, if you are not interested in any personal training at this time and would just like to utilize our gym to workout on your own, our Flex Membership starts at $120/month. Nutrition guidance, body composition scans, and access to our virtual training program with guided workouts are all included with Flex Memberships.
Where are you located?
All of our in person training takes place at our Women’s Only Fitness Studio in Central Florida. All sessions are by appointment only.

Do you offer nutrition guidance?
Yes, customized nutrition guidance and coaching is included at no additional cost with every single one of our training packages. This is not a “one size fits all” approach and methods for nutrition coaching can vary from person to person depending on their goals, personal preferences, and level of adherence. We will continuously work to find the right nutrition plan for you.
Do you travel to your clients or do in home training?
We don’t currently travel to any clients for in person training, All sessions are held out of Built To Bloom Fitness Studio. If you are not local to Central Florida or are looking for in home training, check out out virtual coaching programs (in home and gym based programs available).

Built To Bloom was established in 2019. Our coaches specialties include women’s fitness, pre/postnatal fitness, yoga + mobility, corrective exercise, nutrition coaching, and mindset coaching, and more!
