Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredients:

(4 lb) Sirloin Tip Roast

(3 cups) Beef Broth

(1 packet) Au Jus Dry Seasoning

(1 packet) Ranch Seasoning

(2 lb) Rainbow Baby Carrots (or regular)

(1 lb) Baby Gold Potatoes

(1 lb) Baby Red Potatoes

Directions:

  1. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat and spray with a thin layer of cooking spray.

  2. Sear the roast on all sides and then place it in the slow cooker.

  3. Place potatoes and carrots around the roast.

  4. Sprinkle the roast and vegetables with au jus and ranch seasoning.

  5. Add in beef broth and cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

  6. Once fully cooked, shred roast apart using two forks (or cut into slices).

  7. Serve alone with potatoes and carrots or add to buns to make sliders!
