Ingredients:
(1 lb) Cooked Chicken Breast (shredded or chopped)
(1/2 cup) Lite Mayonaise
(1/2 cup) Plain Non-Fat Greet Yogurt
(1/4 cup) Finely Diced Celery
(1/4 cup) Finely Diced Carrots
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, lite mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt. Mix thoroughly.
Fold in diced celery.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill for 3-4 hours before serving.
Serve alone, on a sandwich, or with crackers!
