Western Egg White Bites

Western Egg White Bites

(Entire recipe = 4 servings)

 

Ingredients:

1.5 cup Liquid Egg Whites

½ cup Low Fat Milk

1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 cup Diced Bell Peppers and Onions

¼ tsp Salt

Directions:

1.    Preheat oven to 350 °F and lightly spray a nonstick muffin pan with cooking spray.

2.    In a medium bowl, add egg whites and milk. Whisk until fully combined.

3.    Once combined, stir in cheese, peppers, onions, and salt.

4.    Pour mixture into muffin tin. This should be enough to fill all 12 spots. 

5.    Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until egg bites have reached an internal temperature of     160 °F

6.    Remove egg bites from muffin pan. Serve immediately or store for later in the fridge/freezer.
