Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:
1 lb. Atlantic Salmon
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
½ Lemon (juiced)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 °F
2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, place salmon on top and season with salt and pepper. Fold the sides of the aluminum foil up around the salmon.
3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice. Pour over the salmon and seal the foil around the salmon.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until salmon is flakey, or a minimum internal temperature of 145 °F. Unwrap salmon and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes if desired.
5. Garnish with lemon slices and enjoy.
