Brown Sugar Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Macros: 380 kcal, 28g P, 45g C, 9g F, 11g Fiber (per serving)

(Entire recipe = 1 serving)

Ingredients:

½ cup Rolled Oats

¾ cup Almond Milk

1 Scoop Whey Protein (1st Phorm Cinnamon Toast Crunch – or Vanilla)

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

2 tsp Brown Sugar

2 tsp Cinnamon (or to taste)

 

 

Directions:

1.    Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or other covered container and stir.

2.    Set in fridge overnight.
