4-Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Fruit Dip

This Pumpkin Spice Fruit Dip is too good not to share! And at only 65 calories per 1/4 cup, it is a great treat that won't ruin your nutrition plan. It's super easy to make and only contains 4 ingredients. This dip also makes a great snack or appetizer for fall/holiday parties!

What You'll Need:

1 Tub Lite Cool Whip

1 Can Pureed Pumpkin

1 Package Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix

1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Mixing Bowl

Handheld Mixer or Spoon

Directions:

- Simply add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and whip until fully combined. A handheld mixer works best, but you could also just use a spoon, it will just take a little longer to get everything evenly mixed.

I like this dip best with Granny Smith Apples, but its great with almost any fruit and also goes great with graham crackers. (Note: the macros listed are for the dip only, if you have fruit or graham crackers make sure to calculate them separately).
