Ranch Roasted Carrots

This super simple roasted carrot recipe makes a great side dish to almost any meal. It's high in fiber and full of flavor!

Ingredients:

2 lbs Carrots

3 tsp Ranch Seasoning

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Salt to Taste

1/2 Tbsp Dried Parsley

Cooking Spray

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and parsley.

Arrange carrots (washed and peeled if needed) on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.

3. Coat evenly with seasoning mixture.

4. Bake for 25-35 minutes.
