Blueberry Compote Topped Overnight Oats

FOR THE OATS:

Ingredients:

½ cup Rolled Oats

1 Scoop Whey (1st Phorm Blueberry Muffin – or Vanilla)

½ Tbsp Chia Seeds

¾ cup Almond Milk

1/4 cup blueberry compote

Directions:

1.    Combine oats, whey, chia seeds, and almond milk in a mason jar or other covered container and stir/shake until combined.

2.    Set in fridge overnight.

3.    Top with blueberry compote & enjoy.
