Thoracic Spine & Shoulder Mobility

To help improve or manage thoracic spine (upper back) and shoulder mobility, preform these exercises 2-4 days/week, or more frequently if needed.

Perform 2-4 rounds of each exercise for 40-60 seconds.

  3. Kneeling Lat Stretch

  4. Behind Back Thoracic Extension

  5. Kneeling Thoracic Rotation

  6. Open Book
