Low Back Tension Relief

To help improve or manage low back tension and tightness, preform these exercises 2-4 days/week, or more frequently if needed.

Perform 2-4 rounds of each exercise for 40-60 seconds.

  1. Cat/Cow

  2. Active Hamstring Stretch (each side)

  3. Bird Dogs (each side)

  4. Child’s Pose

  5. Standing Toe Touch (Alternating)

  6. Sit & Reach

  7. Supine Figure-4 (Glute Stretch) (each side)

  8. Pigeon Pose (each side)
