Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancakes

Pumpkin Spice Season is officially here and I am here for it!

Kickstart your morning with these Macro Friendly Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancakes. They are super easy to make and are great to make ahead and freeze for later as meal preps.

Ingredients:

1.5 Cup Bisquick

2 Scoops Pumpkin Spice Latte Whey Protein

1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/4 Cup Canned Pumpkin

1 Cup Almond Milk (more or less for desired consistency, I like thicker pancakes)

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together bisquick, protein powder, and pumpkin pie spice.

2. Once dry ingredients are fully combined, add canned pumpkin and almond milk. Whisk until fully combined.

3. Set a skillet or pan to medium heat. Once heated, pour pancake mix creating 6-7" pancakes.

4. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side (you should see small bubbles forming before you flip).

5. Top with desired toppings. I used pumpkin spice and whipped cream, maple syrup is great too! (**Note that the macros calculated do not include any toppings and these should be calculated separately)

ENJOY!
