If you’re new to tracking macros or just want to make healthier choices at the grocery store, here is Built To Bloom’s downloadable grocery guide. This can be used to help you navigate the grocery store more easily and choose foods that will help you improve the way you fuel your body. Each section is categorized by macronutrient (protein, carbs, & fats) and while most of these foods are made up of more than just one macronutrient, they contain a higher amount of the macronutrient category they are in.
