Air Fryer Apple Crisp

Ingredients:
FOR THE APPLES:
2 medium apples (any kind)
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Swerve brown sugar substitute
FOR THE TOPPING:
3 tbsp old fashioned oats
2 tbsp cold butter
2 tbsp Swerve brown sugar substitute
1 tbsp flour
1 pinch salt
Directions:
Preheat Air Fryer to 350°F. Lightly grease a 5” baking dish.
Peel, core, and cut apples into small cubes. Combine diced apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar substitute and add mixture into baking dish.
Cover dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
While the apples are cooking, combine flour, sugar substitute, oats, cold butter, and salt in a bowl. Mix well using an electric mixer on low speed until is appears crumbly.
Remove apples from air fryer and add the oat topping. Cook uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
Top with Lite Cool Whip, Vanilla Halo Top, or by itself for a delicious fall dessert.
