Healthier Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

(1 lb) Cooked Chicken Breast (shredded or chopped)

(1/2 cup) Lite Mayonaise

(1/2 cup) Plain Non-Fat Greet Yogurt

(1/4 cup) Finely Diced Celery

(1/4 cup) Finely Diced Carrots

Salt and Pepper To Taste

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, lite mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt. Mix thoroughly.

  2. Fold in diced celery.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Chill for 3-4 hours before serving.

  5. Serve alone, on a sandwich, or with crackers!
