Crockpot BBQ Pulled Chicken

(Entire recipe = 4 servings) 

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

1 cup G Hughes Sugar Free Barbeque Sauce

¼ cup Fat Free Italian Dressing

2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Salt to taste

Directions:

1.    Place chicken breast in crockpot and lightly season with salt.

2.    In a small bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.

3.    Pour sauce mixture over chicken, covering completely.

4.    Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

5.    Using two forks, shred chicken, recover and let cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.

6.    Serve as an entrée, over rice, or on buns.
